Why We Built This Site
Mississippi court records are not maintained in one anonymous Choctaw County search window. The Circuit Clerk keeps Circuit Court work, the Chancery Clerk keeps Chancery Court work, Justice Court has a separate clerk, and municipal records remain with the town. MEC/PAMEC is the remote path for permitted Circuit and Chancery records, while the Justice Court citation route is separate. The purpose here is to make that division clear and point readers to official sources without presenting a private reference page as the record itself.

What We Cannot Do
This is a privately run reference resource. It has no connection to a Mississippi court, clerk, or state agency. Its limits are important:
- We cannot pull an official docket sheet or case file for anyone
- We cannot change, reschedule, or reset a court date or hearing setting
- We cannot remove, seal, or amend a case on any docket
- We cannot issue certified copies of any docket, order, or court document
- We cannot give legal advice or explain how a specific case applies to you
- We cannot guarantee that an office contact, fee, or setting has not changed since it was last verified
Only the clerk or court that maintains a Choctaw County case can issue its official or certified docket sheet or court record. A reference resource cannot substitute for that custodian.
